Giveaway Terms and Conditions:

1. ELIGIBILITY
Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway is open to the public but not to members of the Board of Directors, contract employees of the Lords Of Gastown Customs Okanagan, those associated directly with the Lottery, or their immediate families and any other person residing in the same household. Entries must be obtained in accordance to Lords Giveaway Terms and Conditions stated below. Entry holders/winner must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Canada or the United States.

2. CHANCE OF WINNING 
Entries available are 350, chances of winning are 1/350 per entry. The winner will be drawn randomly using software specialized in picking winners at random. Only one winner will be chosen for the prize.

3. PRIZES NON-REFUNDABLE
Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash equivalent and are not refundable. Prize may be transferrable if necessary. Prizes must be claimed within 1 month of the draw date. No substitutions are permitted by winners. Costs incurred in picking up the prize awarded are borne by the winner.

4. PUBLICITY
Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway winner will consent to the release of their names by Lords Of Gastown Customs Okanagan.

5. CLAIM
All Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway winners will be contacted by phone or email. If prize cannot be accepted or collected, prize will be passed on to runner-up.

To claim a prize, prize winners must provide the following documents on request:
• Signed and witnessed Waiver Form
• A copy of their valid Photo Identification
• Correctly solve a skill-testing question

6. RELEASE
As a condition of and in consideration for receiving the Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway, the winners will be required to execute a release, waiver and indemnity in favour of the Lords Of Gastown Customs Okanagan., its officers, directors, employees and agents, releas­ing the aforesaid from any and all liability, damages, costs and expenses which may be suffered or incurred by the winner arising from or in any way connected to the prizes awarded and indemnifying the aforesaid in respect of any such claim of any third party.

7. ENTRIES
Each Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entry is eligible for all draws if obtained by Contest Period deadline stated. Entries must be obtained from Lords Of Gastown Customs Okanagan and contact info should entry holders phone number, email, and home address.

8. DETERMINATION OF PRIZE VALUES
Any reference as to the value of any prize is the estimated suggested retail replacement cost of such prize as quoted by the suppliers. The total fair market value of the prize is $65,000.

9. CONTEST PERIOD TIMES AND DATES
Contest Period will cease when maximum available of 350 Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entries have been distributed in accordance to Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

10. GRAND PRIZE
Total Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Grand Prize package is worth over $65,000 (estimated suggested retail replacement value at date of the commencement of the giveaway; fair market value and actual resale value may be less). Lords Of Gastown Customs Okanagan in no way represents or warrants that any prize winner will be able to obtain equivalent cash value upon resale of any prize.

11. HOW TO ENTER
A) PURCHASE. Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entries are obtained in purchases made through the Lords Of Gastown Customs Okanagan website. One (1)Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entry included with every purchase per item from the Giveaway Entry collection.

B) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To obtain a Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entry without completing a purchase from the Giveaway Entry collection as set out above, an eligible entrant may send a FREE Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entry Request in writing. Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Entry Request must include the entrant’s first name, last name, age, phone number, valid email address, Lords Customs Harley-Davidson FXR Giveaway Request post date, and be in an envelope with sufficient postage mailed to: Lords Of Gastown Customs Giveaway, #107-20167 96th Ave, Langley BC Canada, V1M 3C5.
